Guest Reviews & Ratings
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless, and I really appreciated the fresh towels and always stocked tea and coffee. The little library annex and balcony added a special touch to the room. The service was top-notch, with Beatrice and the male employee being incredibly polite and helpful. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring Rome on foot, close to all the major attractions. The breakfast was delicious, setting me up nicely for a day of sightseeing. However, the dining options were somewhat limited. Overall, a fantastic value for the money!
My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were exceptional, very nice, and stylish. The cleanliness was impeccable throughout the entire week. The service was beyond helpful and the staff went above and beyond to cater to all my needs. The location was perfect, close to all the main sites but tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Dining was great with delightful croissants to start the day, and the facilities were top-notch.
I was amazed by the stunning, clean, and beautifully prepared room with a romantic ambiance. The spa tub in the bedroom and the window from the bathroom into the bedroom added a unique touch. The service was more than helpful, from Luigi collecting us at the airport to being present and accessible on WhatsApp for any assistance needed. The location was absolutely fantastic, with everything we wanted to visit in Rome within walking distance, along with great restaurants nearby. The dining experience, while continental style, was nice with a good variety of food, but I've had better. Overall, a wonderful stay with remarkable features and a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel's sleeping loft rooms, accessed by narrow stairs, are well designed and stunning, despite their size. The service is extremely friendly and helpful, with multilingual staff. The location is perfect for exploring Rome's major sites on foot. The dining experience, including homemade desserts, is a great start to the day. Overall, a superb value for money option in Rome.
The hotel offers a mix of positives such as impeccably clean and comfortable rooms, well-equipped with a cozy bed, and negatives like a disappointing initial room hygiene experience. The staff is exceedingly kind and always available to assist, enhancing our stay. However, the dining experience, while sufficient for starting the day, could offer more variety. The prime location allowed us to easily explore Rome's major sites on foot, although it lacked certain aspects like easy access to transport. Overall, a value-for-money stay.
This hotel offers a comfortable and quirky stay with modern, nicely decorated rooms, although a river view is missing. The service is exceptional, with a very friendly and efficient staff. The location is superb, within walking distance to all Rome attractions. The dining experience is lovely and the facilities are immaculate.
